400 g john dory
3 large potatoes
3 large onions
Fresh mint
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
Thinly-sliced lemon
2 spoons of olive oil
50 g melted butter

Clean and drain the john dory fillet. Cut the onions into rings and place them into the oven tray covered with a film of olive oil. Peel the potatoes and slice them into discs as thinly as possible, place them on top of the onions. Put the fish on top of the bed of vegetables. Sprinkle some ground black pepper and salt on top. Put some lemon slices and bay leaf on top of the fish. Place potato discs on the fish. Put garlic cloves into the tray, making sure they do not touch the fish, and pour some melted butter over the fish. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 200°C. Serve with fresh mint on top.
