8 medium sized red mullets
2 medium sized tomatoes
8-10 pitted green olives
1 sweet green pepper
2 tbsp. of finely chopped
onions
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. of butter
A pinch of rosemary
5-6 leaves of dill
1 whole lemon
Salt, black pepper

Clean the red mullets and place them into a pan coated with a small amount of olive oil. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Slice the peppers in half and chop finely. Peel, deseed and thinly slice the lemon. Lay the peppers, lemon, onions, bay leaves, tomatoes, rosemary, dill and olives on top of the red mullets. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Fry for 10 minutes at a low heat until ready to serve.
